Four slant 18"L arms with five hooks and four twist-on slant arms with five hooks create two tiers for handbags.

-Each arm is independently adjustable in 3" increments from 48" to 72"H.

-Adjustable levelers included.

-Frame and legs are made of 1" square tubing.

-Inner uprights and arms are made of .83" square tubing.
